Beet Rolls

Ingredients

  • beet leaves
  • 2 cupsrice
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Boil rice. Fry onion and butter. Add to rice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Roll spoonful in beet leaf. Put in casserole dish and pour whipping cream over and sprinkle a bit of salt on top. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
