Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- Topping
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup coconut
- 3/4 cup melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients together and mix well. Pour into a greased souffle dish and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Topping
Mix ingredients together. Drizzle melted butter over and toss.
Remove souffle from oven and sprinkle topping over top. Bake for 15 minutes.
