  • 5 TO 7 LBS PORK ROAST
  • 1 TSP SALT
  • 1 TBSP PEPPER
  • 1 TBSP GROUND MUSTARD
  • 2 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
  • 1.5 TSP GRANULATED GARLIC
  • 1.5 TSP CHILI POWDER
  • 1.5 TSP CALIFORNIA CHILI POWDER
  • 1 TSP ALLSPICE
  • 1 TSP CINNAMON
  • 1/2 TSP GROUND CLOVES
  • 1 DICED RED ONION
  • 1/2 LBS CARROTS
  • 2 TO 3 LARGE POTATOES CUBED
  • 3 LBS CARROTS CUT

Preparation

Step 1

PUT ALL INGREDIENTS INTO CROCK POT
TURN ON LOW FOR 12 HR, OR TILL DONE
SLICE MEAT AND SERVE
