  • 4 LBS BEEF CHUCK
  • 1/2 CUP FLOUR
  • 1 TSP SALT
  • 2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  • 2 TSP PAPRIKA
  • 2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
  • 2 TSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 1 LARGE ONION
  • 4 TO 6 CUBED RED POTATOES
  • 4 TO 6 SLICED CARROTS
  • 2 STALKS CELERY
  • 1 1/2 CUP BEEF BROTH

Preparation

Step 1

PUT ALL INGREADENTS INTO CROCK POT
TURN ON LOW FOR 12 HR, OR TILL DONE
SLICE MEAT AND SERVE
