  • 1 CUP RED ONION, CHOPPED
  • 2 TBSP GROUND MUSTARD
  • 6 OZ TOMATO PASTE

  • CHILI SEASONING TO TASTE

Preparation

Step 1

PREPARE MEAT AS NEEDED. BROWN MEAT
IN STOCK POT, COOK WITH ONIONS AND
GREEN PEPPER, SEASON WITH ABOVE CHILI
POWDER TILL FLAVOR HAS BEEN REACHED

CAN ADD MORE GROUND MUSTARD FOR TANGIER TASTE
