  • 1 LARGE ONION, SLICED
  • 12 OZ CAN OF BEER
  • 1 CUP CHILI SAUCE
  • 1 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 1 CUP KETCHUP
  • 2 TBSP VINEGAR
  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 2 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
  • 1 TBSP PAPRIKA

Preparation

Step 1

1 BOIL BRATWURSTS IN WATER IN SKILLET FOR 10 MINUTES TO REMOVE FAT

2 DRAIN BRATWURSTS AND PLACE IN SLOW COOKER

3 MIX TOGETHER REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN BOWL AND THEN POUR OVER MEAT

4 COOK ON LOW 4-5 HOURS
