Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 cups tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 shakes Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2-2 lbsshrimp (raw)
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon and remove from pan. Saute ionons and peppers in fat. Add tomatoes, chili suace, worcestershire sauce, pepper, tobasco and salt.
Cook slowly until thick stirring occasionaly. Add shrimp 15 min before serving. SErve over hot rice and sprinkle with Bacon.
Can be easly doubled.
