Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. KNORR Vegetable Soup and Recipe Mix
  • 1/2 c. Mazola corn oil
  • 1/3 c. warm water
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 t. dried basil
  • 8 oz. twist macaroni, cooked, rinsed, drained
  • 1 pkg. forzen broccoli cuts, thawed
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl combine soup mix, corn oil, water vinegar, basil and pepper until blended.
Add macaroni, broccoli and onion; toss to coat.
Cover.
Chill.
