Dad's Pasta Salad

My dad's recipe from a boxed version of "Ranch Bacon pasta salad"

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pasta (any kind)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 Cucumber, peeled and quartered
  • 8-10 Green Olives, sliced
  • 1/2 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 bottle Bacon Crumbles
  • Handful of Shredded Cheddar
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas, thawed
  • Mayo
  • Ranch Dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta, drain and rinse. Slice and chop all vegetables, except peas. Place frozen peas into warm water to thaw. Mix pasta and veggies together in a large bowl. Mix in mayo and ranch to taste. Season with salt and pepper, and garlic powder. Let sit in fridge overnight for best taste.

TIP: Always make sure there is more mayo than ranch, or it will not taste right.
