Ingredients
- 6 T honey
- 6 T reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 t lime zest
- 6 T lime juice
- 1 t crushed red pepper
- four 6 oz chicken thighs
- two 12 oz chicken breasts
Preparation
Step 1
Mix honey, soy sauce, lime zest, lime juice, and crushed red pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and coat. Cover and refridgerate for 2 hours.
preheat a gas grill to 400, place chicken on and cook for 20 mins (off the direct heat a little)
in the meantime cook marinade over medium heat until thick, about 8-10 mins
keep cooking chicken until interal thermometer (not touching bone) reaches 165
