Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 bay leave
- 4 large cubed potatoes
- Fish
- I can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion in butter. Add water, bouillon cubes, parsley and bay leaf. Add potatoes, cook until almost done. Lay fish over top until it flakes. Break up fish, add evaporated milk sugar and milk.
