CINDY'S ORANGE FLUFFY SALAD ( Cindy Tite McCabe)

Ingredients

• 1 ) 1 large box of orange gelatin
• 2 ) 1 large container of cool whip
• 3 ) 1 small container of cottage cheese (small curd)
• 4 ) 1 large can crushed pineapple
• 5 ) 1 large can of mandarin oranges
• 6 ) 1/2 package of white mini marshmallows
• 7 ) 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Add gelatin and cool whip in a large bowl and blend with a spoon. Drain cottage cheese, pineapple and mandarin oranges and add to mixture. Add marshmallows and pecans. NOTE: Drain the cottage cheese and the pineapple VERY well.
