Apricot Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 lbs boneless chicken tenderloins
  • 1 1⁄2 c apricot preserves
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonaise

Preparation

Step 1

Combine preserves, onion soup mix, and mayo. Place chicken in 13x9 and spread mixture overtop. Bake@350 for 45 min,uncovered.
Serve chicken and sauce over steamed rice. Serve with heated broccoli and hot rolls / butter.
