Ingredients
- 1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, and cubed (2cups)
- 3 cups cold water
- 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 tbsp honey
- ice cubes
- pineapple spears
Preparation
Step 1
In a blender combine half of the pineapple cubes and half of the water. Cover and blend until nearly smooth. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh seive into a pitcher or large glass jar, pressing out juice. Discard solids. Repeat with remaining pineapple and water.
Stir in lime juice and honey into strained mixture. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
Serve in ice-filled glasses. Garnish with pineapple spears.
