Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients together except broccoli, crackers and butter.

Cook broccoli as directed on package, add to mixture.

Pour into a buttered casserole dish, top with one sleeve fine crushed Ritz crackers and dribble one stick of butter on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
