Raspberry Pautea

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c flour
  • 1 1/4 c sugar
  • 3/4 c shortening
  • 3 tps baking powder
  • 1 c plus 3 TBS Milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix with beaters. Batter will be thick and a little lumpy. Pour half into a greased and floured pan 13 x 9.
Add 1 quart of raspberries.
Sprinkle 1 cup of sugar over berries.
Cover with rest of batter.

Bake 375' for 1 hours
