Homemade peanut brittle is so buttery and sweet (and delicious!). It's easy to make and will go fast!

Ingredients
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup white Karo Syrup
- 2 cups raw peanuts, unsalted
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium size saucepan, mix the sugar, water and Karo syrup. Cook until it reaches 235°F on a candy thermometer.
Add the peanuts and continue cooking until it reaches 295°F on a candy thermometer.
Add the butter, vanilla and baking soda. Stir gently and pour into two greased, rimmed baking sheets.
