Whitey's Tomatillo Green Salsa

Ingredients

  • 20 Tomatillos
  • 10 - 20 jalapenos (2:1 ratio by weight - sliced)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 Cup white vinegar
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 Teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Cups chopped Cilantro

Preparation

Step 1

Combine above ingredients in sauce pan and simmer til well done. Allow to cool and blend in a food processor/blender.

Add 2 cups choppen cilantro, blend again.
