Large nonstick skillet hear oil over med-high heat, add rolls, reduce heat to medium and cook, turning rolls until brown on all sides. 1-2 minutes. add scallions, chile and 2 tablespoons of water, reduce to low and cook covered until pork cooked thugh, about 8 mins.
