Ingredients
- 1 pkg white cake mix, water, vegetable oil and egg whites as called for on the package.
- 1 pkg (4-serving size) strawberry geletin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed (3 cups)
- Fresh strawberries, if desired
Preparation
Step 1
Heata over to 350. Make and bake cake as directed on package - cool completely for 1 hour. Poke cake all over with fork. Stir gelatin and boiling water in small bowl until smooth. Stir in cold water, pour over cake. Run knife around sides of pan to loosen cake. Refrigerate 2 hours. Frost with whipped topping, garnish with berries. Store covered in refrigerator
