Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Carrots
- 2 T Butter
- 1/3 C Lt. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 C Orange Juice
- 1/2 t Salt
Preparation
Step 1
1.Cut pared carrots into sticks. Cook in large skillet until tender. Drain, set carrots aside.
2.Add butter to skillet, melt. Add sugar and juice. Simmer 3 minutes.
3. Return carrots to mixture, sprinkle with salt. Spoon sauce over. Heat until carrots are glazed and sauce is almost gone.
