Lemon Extract

Ingredients

• 1 large lemon
• 1/2 cup vodka

Preparation

Step 1

Peel lemon making sure the peel has no white pith on it

Chop peel roughly

Add peel to vodka and heat to boiling

Pour into a glass jar and seal

Set aside for at least two weeks then use as needed
