Carrot cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c sugar
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp soda
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c salad oil
  • 2 c grated carrots
  • 1 cup nuts
  • Cream cheese frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Oven at 350*. Use greased 9z13 pan
Mix dry ingredients
Beat eggs and oil together. Add to dry mixture and mix well
Add carrots and nuts, mix well

Bake 30 min or until brown
Cool

8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter or marg.
3 3/4 c powdered sugar 2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sliced walnuts
