Ingredients
- FROSTING:
- 2 jars junior carrots ( either 2 4.5oz baby jars or 3 4oz jars)
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup plus 2 tbs oil
- (raisens or nuts optional)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all together and pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake for about 45mins.
Let cake completely cool.
While cooling prepare frosting. Cream butter, cream cheese and vanilla. Blend in confectioner sugar. Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
