Ingredients

  • 1 pkg of rapid rise yeast
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375

Mix yeast package with 1 cup warm water (110) let sit for 15 minutes. Add the flour, salt, sugar and olive oil and mix in mixer with hook attachment until smooth and sticky. Put dough in oiled bowl, cover and let rise for 30 minutes. (this recipe will make enough dough for several dessert pizzas, double the rest of the ingredients to make more pizzas, left over dough stores well in the refrigerator)

Mix graham cracker crumbs, both peanut butters, and 3/4 cup of powerded sugar until is resembles course crumbs, add extra graham cracker crumbs and powerded sugar if its too creamy.

stir the melted butter, milk, vanilla and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar together, if this glaze is too thin add more powdered sugar.

Take a ball of dough and press into a circle shape on floured surface. Place dough on baking sheet or pizza pan. Add the peanut butter mixture on top of dough (get enough on there so the pizza is throughly covered) Add the chocolate chips on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes (until crust is golden brown, and fairly firm to the touch)

Once cooled slightly drizzle glaze over top. Cut into pieces and serve warm.
