Ingredients
- 1/2 lb extra lean ground turkey breast
- 2 Tbsp low sodium beef broth
- 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp dried bread crumbs
- 1/8 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1/4 tsp fresh minced sage
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
- Fresh ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cooking spray; cover and set aside for at least 15 to 20 minutes (refrigerate if overnight).
2. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat until hot.
3. Shape mixture into 4 patties and place in hot skillet.
4. Fry patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Remove and let drain on paper towels.
5. Transfer to serving platter and serve while hot.
