Ingredients
- 1 C buttermilk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- Flour
- 1-2 lbs shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
Soak shrimp in buttermilk, soda & salt mixture until ready to fry.
Once grease is hot (about 375 degrees).
Take shrimp from mixture and toss in flour.
Fry until LIGHT brown.
