Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs well beaten
  • 2 cups pumpkin (or 1 can of pumpkin)
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 2/3 cup cold water
  • 3 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 cups sugar
  • Ginger and pumpkin pie spice (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a large bowl. Sift together the remaining ingredients and then add to the liquid. This will make 2 large loaves, 3 small loaves or a large tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
