Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb green beans, cut into 1/2" diagonal pieces
- 1/4 C toasted pine nuts
- 2 T chopped Italian parsley
- 1 1/2 T grated lemon zest
- 4 t olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Cook beans to crisp tender, @ 2 min. in salted water. Drain. Transfer to bowl and add all other ingredients.
