Ingredients
- 6 oz. Lime jello
- 15 oz. Crushed pineapple
- 5 1/2 oz. Pecans, chopped
- 1 Carrot
Preparation
Step 1
1.Make lime jello according to package, using 2 C of pineapple as the 2 C of Cold water.
2.Pour into bottom of glass dish.
3.Pare strips of carrot into jell0 mixture. Sprinkle with pecans.
4.Chill until set.
