Ingredients

  • 1 apple diced
  • 3 • 3 stalks celery diced
  • 3 • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • • Dash of nutmeg
  • • Dash of cardamom
  • • Dash of salt
  • • Stevia to taste
  • OPTIONAL: 1 can drained chicken or tuna

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together, sprinkle with additional cinnamon as desired. Chill for 20 minutes
Makes a single serving

For Chicken salad double recipe, mix in drained can of chicken, serve as your favorite sadnwhich.
