Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli spears
- 1 inch peeled ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- pinch of sugar and salt
- sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
1. Steam broccoli spears 10 minutes.
2. Pulse ginger, garlic clove, water, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar and salt in mini food processor.
3. Drizzle mixture over broccoli and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
