Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cup cold milk
- 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 carton cool whipe
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 cup blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pudding mixes. Gradually stir in milk until well blended. Beat 2 min. or until smooth. Stir in 1/2 of the cool whip and spoon filling into crust. Top with remaining cool whip. Refrigerate 3 hrs. or longer. Garnish with blueberries and mint leaf.
