DESSERT German apple cake

Ingredients

• cook i hour in 9by 13 pan
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp cloves
• 4 cups grated apples
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• FROSTING
• 1 8 oz. cream cheese
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 lb. powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and bake when cooled add frosting
