Grape Tomatoes with Capers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp drained small capers
  • 1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 3 large basil leaves, shredded
  • 1 1/2 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together first five ingredients. Drizzle over tomatoes, tossing to coat. Let stand at least 15 minutes or up to one hour. Sprinkle with basil and cheese.
