Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. large uncooked shrimp
  • 3 1/2 cups corkscrew macaroni
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • Medium onion
  • 3 celery stalks
  • Salt & pepper
  • Mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Cook, devein and remove tails from shrimp
Cook macaroni
Chop fine the green pepper, red pepper, onion and celery
Mix shrimp, macaroni, peppers, onion & celery together
Season with salt & pepper and mix again
While macaroni mixture is warm mix in mayonnaise
