Ingredients
- 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 Tsp Paprika
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 4 Medium Sized Baking Potatoes Cut into 1/4" Slices (about 4 Cups)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine Soup, Paprika, and Pepper.
In a greased oblong dish (2 Qt size), arrange potatoes overlapping.
Sprinkle with Cheese.
Spoon Sour Cream mixture over Cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Uncover dish and bake an additional 10 minutes or until Potatoes are fork tender.
