Ingredients
- 2 small heads broccoli
- 1/3 C vegan mayonnaise
- 2 t agave nectar or sugar
- 1 t apple cider venegar or rice vinegar
- 3/4 t dijon mustard
- 1/4 c raisins
- 2 T roasted salted sunflower seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Cut broccoli into small florets. Stem florets 3-5 min.
Whisk together mayonnaise, agave nectar, vinegar, and mautard in bowl. Combine broccoli, onion and raisins in large bowl; toss with mayonnaise mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Top with sunflower seeds.
