Ingredients
- 1 (1 3/4 to 2lb) salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup honey mustard
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 . tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. whole mustard seeds, lightly crushed
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- Lemon Wedges
- Dill sprigs
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 475. Grease rimmed baking sheet. Place salmon, skin0side down, on baking sheet. In small bowl, stir together honey mustard, butter, chopped dill, lemon juice, mustard seeds, and pepper. Spread over salmon.
2. Bake salmon 10 to 12 minutes or until fish just begins to flake. Heat broiler. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat 1 minute or until lightly browned.
3. Slice salmon into 6 pieces; garnish with lemon wedges and dill sprigs.
