Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1 package sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- Buttered bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup plain bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Bake in a 9x13 pan, cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
