• 2/3 cup milk
• 1/2 cup mashed banana
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 3 cups bread flour
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 (2 1/4 teaspoon) package active dry yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Add ingredients to bread machine according to manufacturer's direction, adding the banana with the milk.

Use regular or white setting.
