Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon (not thick)
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp syrup
- 12 pitted dates
Preparation
Step 1
Slice bacon in half. Place bacon on baking sheet and bake 10-15 minutes or until just starting to brown. Do NOT bake until crisp.
Mix together mustard and maple syrup. Dip each date into mustard mix then roll in strip of bacon. Secure with toothpick
Place wrapped dates on baking sheet. Bake at 400 until bacon is lightly browned
