Mushroom Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 large package 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened to room temp.
  • 1 4 oz. can of chopped mushrooms, drained
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 or 2 T. Poppy seeds
  • 1 package Pillsbury crescent rolls

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the first four ingredients together. Unroll crescent rolls into one large sheet of dough. DO NOT SEPARATE. Spread the cream cheese mixture
over the dough and roll up like a jelly roll. Brush with whole beaten egg.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds to cover log. Chill until cheese is firm.

Slice into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices. Bake as directed on package till golden brown.
