Ingredients
- Sides:
- 2 oz. chicken sausage
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 oz. part skim-mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Mexican salsa
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 slice whole grain toast
Preparation
Step 1
Saute the chicken sausage and season with salt and pepper. Add the eggs and scramble. Place on plate and top with cheese. Serve with salsa on the side.
