ELAINE’S FISH DISH

Ingredients

  • Mahi Mahi (or fish of choice)
  • butter
  • ritz crackers
  • olives
  • cherry tomatoes
  • lemon juice
  • garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

In Olive oil saute garlic and cherry tomatoes until soft, throw in olives and seasonings. Grind up ritz crackers and soften w/butter, lemon juice, garlic powder and put crumbly topping on fish then put cherry tomatoes and olives on topping. Back at 350-375 degrees for 20-25mins
