Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs stewing meat trimmed and cut into small cubes
- 2-3 garlic cloves minced
- 5 carrots peeled and chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 sweet potato peeled and cubed
- 2-3 potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 onion chopped
- 2-3 stalks celery chopped
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 2-3 cups low sodium beef broth
- 1/2 cup red wine
- salt and pepper
- Bay leaf
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients into slow cooker on low and simmer for about 8 hours.
If needed thicken with a little flour
Serve with a buns and a salad
