- 1 large can(29 0z) Libby’s pumpkin
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 4 eggs
- 11/3 cup brown sugar
- 21/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
Preparation
Step 1
Blend ingredients. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° for 45 minutes in a 9 inch pie shell
