Grilled Peaches In Wine

Ingredients

  • 2 yellow peaches
  • Red or white wine

Preparation

Step 1

1. Slice peaches in half lengthwise and remove pits.
2. Place the peach halves flat side down on a pre-heated grill.
3. Grill 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Remove from grill when grill marks appear and allow to cool.
5. Slice into wedges and serve in a glass of red or white wine.
