Ingredients
- 1 piece of white fish per person, I like Ling or Orange Roughy for this recipe
- lemon, sliced thinly
- red onion sliced thinly
- tomato sliced
- butter
- touch of olive oIl
- salt & pepper
- all purpose seasoning
- onion salt
Preparation
Step 1
Place fish in foil, slice lemon, red onion and tomato and place on top of fish.
Drizzle oil and a tbsp of butter over fish and season with all purpose & onion salt
Cook in oven for approximately 15-20mins, depends on thickness of fish fillet
