Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast cut in strips
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 cup brown rice or long grain
- chicken broth
- 1 can black bean
- 1/8 tsp cumin, cayenne pepper, garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder, oregano
- grated cheddar
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and chili powder
bake at 350 for 20 min
cook rice in chicken broth
when rice is done mix in beans and spices
pour chicken juice in with rice
spread rice over chicken and top with cheese
bake for 5 more minutes
